27 years experience in inspection, insurance, real estate, and construction.

Certified Mold Inspector and Assessor.

Member of ESA (Environmental Solutions Association) 

FEMA Certified Inspector for Response and Recovery.

Performed thousands of inspections.

Passed NACHI's on-line inspector examination.

Completed NACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course and abide by it.

Passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test and follow them.

Fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education every year.
